Great News for 2013!

There is at least one much anticipated tax law change for 2013---the Ohio Estate Tax is gone!  (refer to TTW# 103 for more background on the Ohio estate tax). That’s right; you will no longer need to pay (or file a tax return) estate taxes to Ohio.  We can only hope that Congress will act and give us some guidance now on the federal estate tax rules. We look forward to offering you tips and updates throughout 2013 to help you navigate the never-ending tax law changes. Let us know if there are any topics you would like us to cover this year. As always, give us a call with any questions or concerns you may have.
